A product of the partnership with the WWF, Alben is the sneaker that confirms Geox’s commitment to the environment: it is made from recycled materials and leathers from tanneries that use sustainable production processes in compliance with the strict LWG classification and certification. Alben alternates suede leather with supple nappa leather and has a running shoe design in navy blue. The single riptape fastening, decorated with a cute tiger cub face, as a symbol of the wildlife to be protected, makes it easy to slip on and adjust to fit. The outsole is breathable, thanks to the exclusive Geox-patented technology. The midsole in 15% recycled EVA and the tread in 30% recycled rubber give the sneaker lightness and flexibility, a firm grip and durability. The lining is in 100% recycled cotton. The removable footbed is practical and hygienic and is covered in chrome-free, non-toxic leather, for a constant sensation of dryness.

La collaboration avec le WWF donne naissance aux baskets Alben qui confirment l’engagement de Geox pour l’environnement : elles sont ralises avec des matires recycles et des cuirs provenant de tanneries qui appliquent des processus de production durables, conformes aux critres de classification et certification de l’organisme LWG. Alternant cuir velours et cuir nappa souple, le modle Alben arbore un design running dclin en bleu marine. Le scratch, orn d’un sympathique tigre, symbole de la faune protger, permet un chaussant facile et rglable. La semelle est respirante grce l’exclusive technologie brevete Geox. La semelle intermdiaire, qui utilise 15 % d’EVA recycl, et la semelle de marche, avec 30 % de caoutchouc recycl, confrent lgret et souplesse, bonne adhrence et grande rsistance. La doublure est en coton 100 % recycl. Pratique et hyginique, la premire est revtue de cuir sans chrome atoxique, pour une sensation de pieds toujours au sec.
